She Look 3 Styling

I was so excited when Sofia sent me the images above of the styling's structure because it was so similar to the sketch I had sent to her and it looked so professional! I was so relieved that she had started creating one of the designs as I was concerned she would run out of time.
We were still unsure what to put on the bottom because we needed to cover her bottom but didn't want to add anything to take away from the dominating blazer. I suggested giving her nude high waisted, high leg pants and then layering white fishnet tights to cover her bottom without making it obvious of giving her a wearable piece like a bought skirt. However Sofia said she thought this would look too busy with the statement leather blazer. After we both suggested further ideas, such as tight leather trousers and shorts, we agreed on high waited, high leg white leather pants. They will cover her lower half in a non-wearable way, without distracting from the blazer. The white pants will mirror the dancer's leotard front, connecting the two looks that are edited together. The high leg cut will add a rebellious edge, as She learns to stray from society's expectations.

The final blazer is shown above, with the high waisted pants shown below it. The structure looks strong and exudes confidence, with the high collar, defined shoulder pads and attached arm loops. Sofia added a buckle to close the front of the blazer, which we hadn't discussed; however I think it closes the blazer seamlessly and adds strength with the metallic finish. The blazer has been taken in at the waist to give a flattering, feminine silhouette, complementing the more masculine use of leather. The final outcome looks exactly like my design so I am extremely impress and excited to combine the styling with the hair and makeup designs on the model.
She Look 2 Styling
Above is the sketch Sofia sent me for She's Look 2. I can see where she got her inspiration from out of the images I sent her; however it doesn't look as restricting and claustrophobic as I'd like. She explained that she would combine rope and elastic to make the looped strips and she would put a black tight skirt underneath. I had explained to her previously that I didn't want the styling to be wearable; however I feel like the bought skirt will make it look wearable. I suggested that the model wore a nude thong and then she could add more ropes pulled tighter together round her lower half to cover her bottom so there is not need for a skirt, as it would look less obvious that we are trying to cover it. I showed her the image below, which I had shown her previously, to explain what I had envisioned. Sofia said she tried my idea; however the tight elastic moved around on the skin and bunched together, causing the skin to bulge out the sides. I suggested she sewed some of the ropes together over the bottom to ensure no skin shows through, so she said she would experiment with that and let me know how it goes.

I told her I liked the high neckline as it would look suffocating and would cover the bottom of the hair design, as we'd discussed. However I thought the ropes on the shoulders looked too relaxed and the triangle bra looked too wearable. I sent her the image below, which I had shown her previously, and suggested she added tight elastic round her shoulders to make it look more restricting and possibly more round her stomach.

I am hoping the meeting I had with Sofia was clear so she understands the design I want. I am concerned this second styling will not be done in time because she has arrange for someone in Rome to create it and it will take one week to deliver. I had originally hoped the fitting would be on 13th Monday, however this will be too soon now. I deliberately arranged for the fittings to be far in advance in case there was a problem. I have said to her that I want the fitting to be at the end of next week so I hope she can design the outfit, make it and get it shipped by then!
